1. Description of the service

724chiptuning is an online software service that analyzes the original ECU files uploaded by users and provides modified files according to the requested solutions. Analysis is free; solution requests are charged in credits.

2. Eligibility and account

• To use the service you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
• You may be required to verify your email address in order to run an analysis.

3. User obligations

• You only upload data for vehicles/files that you legally own or are authorized to work on.
• You will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Some solutions affecting emissions hardware (DPF, EGR, AdBlue, GPF, etc.) may be illegal for use on public roads in most countries; such solutions are intended only for racing/closed-circuit/export or otherwise permitted use. Legal responsibility for these lies with the user.

4. Credits and payment

• Solutions are requested using the credits assigned to your account. Credit prices and packages are stated on the Site.
• Payments are processed securely through the payment provider (PayTR); your card details are not stored by us.
• The Distance Sales Agreement applies to refund conditions.

5. Delivery

Automatic solutions may be prepared immediately after the request; manual solutions are processed by our team and become downloadable from your dashboard. Your original file is retained; on request, the vehicle can be returned to its original software.

6. Limitation of liability

Solution files are developed for healthy and well-maintained vehicles. We are not liable for damages arising from the vehicle's mechanical condition, faulty installation, improper use or third-party interventions. The service is provided "as is".

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and software belong to us; they may not be copied or distributed without permission.
